Ha de ser capa\u00e7 de materialitzar la seva <strong>Pol\u00edtica Laboral<\/strong> al temps que romandre atenta a l&#8217;acompliment de les nombroses disposicions, fonamentalment des del Dret del Treball, a les quals es troba subjecta. El Nostre Acompanyament est\u00e0 dissenyat per anticipar i gestionar les situacions que puguin plantejar-se, dotant-se d&#8217;una especial flexibilitat per caminar junts en el que cada moment demandi.<br \/>\nSens dubte les <strong>N\u00f2mines i la Seguretat Social<\/strong> suposen el focus central de la <strong>Gesti\u00f3 Laboral<\/strong>, la seva correcta confecci\u00f3 \u00e9s el primer i imprescindible pas. Per\u00f2 abans interv\u00e9 la <strong>Contractaci\u00f3<\/strong>, de nou cal que s&#8217;adeq\u00fci en primer terme a les necessitats de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 i compleixi amb les disposicions que puguin afectar-li.<br \/>\nDespr\u00e9s, la nostra experi\u00e8ncia ens indica que l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 ha de mantenir en tot moment una actitud orientada a la <strong>Prevenci\u00f3 del Conflicte Laboral<\/strong>, estem amb ella en aix\u00f2 i tamb\u00e9, durant el mateix, quan no ha estat possible evitar-ho.
